The informal interactive dialogue aims to provide a platform for Member States to exchange views, share best practices, and align efforts to support the Pact's implementation, with a focus on Means of Implementation (MOI).
Discussions will center on:
- Strengthening political will and global solidarity as the foundation for action under the Pact.
- Identifying actionable steps to operationalize the Pact's provisions in national and regional contexts.
- Mobilizing the necessary resources needed to implement the Pact and accelerate the 2030 Agenda.
- Enhancing partnerships between governments, international organizations, the private sector, and civil society.
The President of the General Assembly will convene a series of informal dialogues to support Member States in advancing the implementation of the Pact for the Future. The dialogues are being conceived as a platform for Member States to exchange views, share best practices and ideas as they further implementation efforts and lay the groundwork necessary for the review of the Pact in 2028.
